Terms of Use
Last updated 9 August 2026
Runitup is software for launching and trading tokens on Robinhood Chain. By using it you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it.
What Runitup is
Runitup is an interface to public smart contracts. When you launch or trade a token, your wallet signs a transaction that goes directly to the blockchain. We do not execute it for you, we cannot reverse it, and we are not a party to it.
We never hold your funds or your keys
Runitup is non-custodial. We never take possession of your tokens, your ETH or your private keys, and there is no facility for us to do so. Your wallet is yours alone. If you lose access to it, we cannot recover it for you — nobody can.
Transactions are final
Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. A token launched with the wrong name, supply or fee recipient stays that way. A trade made at a price you regret stays made. Check the details before you sign.
Liquidity is locked permanently
Liquidity from a launch is locked in a contract with no withdrawal function of any kind. This is deliberate, it applies to us as much as to you, and it means those tokens can never be retrieved by anyone, including the creator and including Runitup.
No advice, no warranty
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Runitup is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the site will be available, accurate or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, from smart contract behaviour, or from the actions of any token creator.
What you are responsible for
- Keeping your wallet and recovery phrase secure
- Checking the details of any transaction before signing it
- Complying with the laws that apply where you live
- Any tax arising from your activity
What you may not do
Do not use Runitup to break the law, to impersonate anyone, to launch tokens designed to defraud, or to interfere with the operation of the site. We may remove a token from this website at our discretion. That removes it from our interface only — the token continues to exist on-chain and remains tradeable elsewhere, because we have no power to delete it.
Third parties
Trading happens through third-party AMMs, and tokens are created by people unconnected to us. A token appearing on Runitup is not an endorsement of it or of the people behind it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Runitup after a change means you accept the updated version.
These terms are a plain-language starting point, not legal advice, and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review them before relying on them for a live product.
